How do I cancel my booking?

Enter your booking reference and email above to look up your reservation. If your booking has free cancellation, you can cancel directly from the booking details page. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled online.

How do I modify my dates?

Date changes depend on the hotel's policy and rate type. Look up your booking to see if modifications are available. If not, you may need to cancel and rebook at the current rate.

How do I get an invoice?

Invoices are available after check-out. Look up your booking and select "Download Invoice" if available, or contact the property directly for a VAT invoice.

I can't find my confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails are sent from noreply@stayviz.com. If you still can't find it, look up your booking above or contact support.

Can I add a special request?

Special requests such as early check-in, extra pillows, or room preferences can be added during booking or by contacting the hotel directly. Requests are subject to availability.

What if the hotel overbooks?

In the rare event of an overbooking, StayViz will work with the property to find you alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard at no extra cost. See our dispute resolution page.
