on StayViz

By signing up as a StayViz partner, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission. StayViz charges a commission on each completed booking made through the platform. The rate depends on your chosen plan: 13% (Standard) or 15% (Premier). Commission is calculated on the total booking value excluding taxes.

2. Plan. You choose the Standard plan at 13% or the Premier plan at 15% when you sign up. Your plan can be changed with 30 days written notice.

3. Payment. You choose how guests pay. Pay online: the guest pays StayViz at booking and we send your hotel a virtual card for the booking value less commission, so there is nothing to invoice. Pay at the hotel: the guest pays you directly and StayViz invoices the commission on completed bookings by the 5th of each month, payable within 14 days. You can offer either or both.

4. Honouring Bookings. You agree to honour all confirmed bookings made through StayViz at the rate and conditions displayed at the time of booking. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy shown on your listing.

5. Listing Content. StayViz will create and maintain your property listing using publicly available information. You may request updates at any time. All content remains accurate to the best of our ability.

6. Cancellation & Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Bookings confirmed before the termination date must still be honoured. There are no exit fees.

7. Rate Parity. StayViz will display competitive rates sourced in real time. You are not required to provide exclusive rates, but doing so may improve your listing's visibility.

8. Data & Privacy. Guest data shared for booking fulfilment is used solely for that purpose. StayViz does not sell or share guest data with third parties. Both parties comply with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability. StayViz acts as an intermediary. The hotel remains responsible for the guest experience, check-in, and service delivery. StayViz is not liable for disputes between the hotel and guest.

10. Changes to Terms. StayViz may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
